If your study plan assumes three quiet evenings a week and a clean desk, it was written for someone who does not ship.
Real schedules look like: two good nights, four disasters, one duty day that ate your brain, and a Sunday where you meant to study but fixed a car instead. Design for that.
Default to 15 minutes, not "when I have time"
"When I have time" is never. Fifteen minutes after chow, on the app, on a specific topic from *your* BIB, is a vote you can cast almost every day. Streaks beat sagas.
One question deep beats ten questions shallow
If you only have one good window, use it to understand a single concept with a cited source. Skimming twenty orphaned flashcards feels productive and teaches almost nothing durable.
Use the tool that remembers context for you
You should not have to re-explain your rate, your weak spots, and last week's topics every session. That is what software is for. Human willpower is a terrible database.
